HAVE QUESTIONS ABOUT YOUR HTMA? NEED FURTHER SUPPORT?
As I manage thousands of clients in an EXTREMELY busy HTMA practice in addition to my various research commitments, I don't have nearly enough hours in a day to answer all the email questions I receive daily, especially those seeking free consultation. My priority must be given to my clients who are waiting for me to write their reports, those who've booked consultation time, and those whose packages include paid email support. (Email support is included in the Gold & Platinum packages).
That being said, if you have questions of a consultation nature outside of what you've purchased,
I'm happy to provide you with several convenient support options:
1. If you have a number of questions, it's best to order a 30 or 60 minute consultation ($120/30min) where we can discuss things in more detail.
2. If you only have a few questions, I also provide a convenient 15 minute consultation option which you can order using the button here:
3. Finally, as an added convenience, if you have just a couple of email questions and would prefer not to book a consultation:
