SUNLIGHTENTM

  • Sunlighten infrared-saunas have the lowest emitted EMF in the industry! This is extremely important when it comes to choosing a sauna. While there is no such thing as zero-EMF, Sunlighten's EMF cancelling technology make it almost non-existent, and therefore one of the safest fIR saunas. [5]
  • Sunlighten uses a patented LED technology developed from NASA research which provides a more effective and much more comfortable nIR experience.
  • They have a great product mix, from their portable SoloPad sauna, to the mPulse which uses superior Solocarbon technology [6] to combine nIR, mid range, and fIR all in one unit. Their 3 main sauna types are:
    • Signature Series – beautiful fIR units (an example is seen on the right)
    • mPulse Series – the first and only 3-in-1® infrared that combines fIR, mIR, and nIR wavelengths and offers preset programs to target specific health goals.
    • SoloPad – compact, portable fIR sauna.
  • Sunlighten saunas are among the most efficient, effective, beautiful, and safe available anywhere

RADIANT HEALTH SAUNAS®

The other sauna manufacturer that I'm equally and extremely proud to recommend to my clients is Radiant Health Saunas.

  • Radiant Health Saunas have independent 3rd party VOC and EMF testing,   showing their saunas are completely non toxic with zero volatile organic      compounds (VOC’s) and very low in electromagnetic fields (EMF's).
  • Radiant Health Saunas have EMF levels that average 0.3 mG. at point of body contact, which is the lowest in the industry (at point of body contact). TCO (Swedish standards) are 2 mG at point of body contact or lower.
  • Their EF (electrical field) levels are also well below TCO standards for additional safety.
  • Various designs available ranging from 1 person to 4 person models.

RECOMMENDED USE
Infrared sauna therapy is a very important part of a mineral balancing and detox protocol. Begin with 1 or 2 sessions a week (beginning with 10 minutes and working your way up to 20 minutes each), and work up to daily use.  It is extremely important that you stay hydrated - drink at least 8oz of water (ideally mineral/electrolyte-infused) prior to use. Loose fitting gym clothing is fine to wear, but the less clothing you wear the better so that the rays can more easily penetrate the body. Once inside, relax and enjoy your 'mini vacation'. This is a time for you to meditate, reflect, visualize, or even just sleep (with a timer). As your body will be expelling toxins through the sweat, its best to wipe sweat off your skin every few minutes with a small cloth. Finally, after your session, spend the next 10-15 minutes resting.

Your investment in a quality infrared sauna, while it is an outlay (figure approximately $1500-$3500), is certainly worth every penny, and one that can save you possibly much more in the long run when it comes to your health.
