Email Support Policy

In order to most efficiently serve my client practice (including getting HTMA reports turned around to clients as quickly as possible), I do need to limit the time per day I spend answering the large number of emails I receive daily.

 

If follow-up consultations are required, they can be booked through the order page ($120/30min).  

 

However, for those who have purchased the Gold Package, clients are able to receive direct email support from me for 1 month (up to a maximum of 20 minutes of my time).

 

For those who have purchased the Platinum Package, clients are able to receive direct email support from me for 3 months (up to a maximum of 1 hour of my time).  For email support that extends beyond that time, I ask that you then book a consultation if necessary as is standard across professional practitioners.
