I do my very best to be available to my clients and respond to email questions.  However, with thousands of clients globally, my practice is extremely busy providing HTMA protocols and support, in addition to my various responsibilities with research projects, free education summits, mentorship duties, etc).  I'm often working 12 hour days trying to support everyone, and often give up my late evenings working to answer email questions.  Unfortunately, there simply aren't nearly enough hours in the day for me to respond to all the emails I receive.  Understandably, my priority must be given to my clients who've ordered consultations, clients who are waiting for their reports, and those whose packages include paid email support. 

(Email support is included in the Gold and Platinum packages, but not the Silver or Copper).

If you have questions of a consultation nature or need further support, I'm happy to offer several convenient options:  

1. You may order a 30 or 60 minute consultation ($85/30min) HERE.   

2. Or, there is also a convenient 15 minute consultation option available via the green button below. 

3. As well, as an additional convenience for my clients,  if you have just one or two email questions, kindly use the tipping/donation buttons below in advance of sending me your questions, as this will allow me to prioritize your email.   This option if recommended f you simply have just a couple of questions.  [In general, consider $10 for 1 basic question, $25 for 2-3 questions, $45 for 3-4 questions, etc).
